Payment & Privacy Policy
You can pay online via PayPal, which accepts most credit and debit cards, or you can pay by cheque by downloading our Order Form. When using PayPal, our merchant name will appear as MAGIC REALMS on your statement and we are T/A Magic Realms / dianna@magicrealms.co.uk *You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay by card through PayPal.
For online payments, simply click on View Cart when you have finished shopping and follow the instructions. Your card details are kept encrypted by PayPal's secure server and are never seen by us. For PayPal's own privacy policy, please click HERE. You will receive email confirmations of your transaction by both PayPal and us.
We do not recommend that you ever send us your card details in the post or by email. We will never share your address or contact details with any third party. We hold onto them only for the purpose of keeping track of orders and they are never stored on our computer database.
Postage
We charge postage at a flat-rate fee of £2.50 per order, no matter how many items you buy.
To be as economical as possible and to try and save a little bit of the environment, we only post to the UK. We reuse packaging if possible. This is why we can afford to charge you only £2.50
Delivery
We try to send orders out within 48 hours of cleared payment. You will receive an email to let you know that your order has left us. All orders are sent as standard 1st Class by Royal Mail. Please allow 7 working days for delivery from the time you receive our dispatch email.
Recorded Delivery is possible for an extra £3.50 and you can add this to your cart now
Returns
We accept returns for all items within 14 days of receipt, should the goods not be to your satisfaction, but unfortunately, we do not refund postage costs unless the item has been damaged in transit. Please contact us immediately if you are not happy with a purchase so that we know to expect your return and for us to give you our returns address.

When buying from us, you are accepting the terms and conditions stated on this page. None of the above affects your statutory rights when buying online. We have the right to modify our terms and conditions when we need to without warning. Any new changes will be posted here on this page.
